Volunteer at Mass Farmers Markets
MFM is looking for volunteers to help at our four MFM-run markets: Central, Copley, Davis, and Kendall.

Market Assistants:
As a nonprofit, market volunteers are essential to our success. We need volunteers to help us set up market infrastructure, assist vendors, and help greet and assist customers at all of our four markets (Central, Copley, Davis, and Kendall). These positions are flexible and rewarding!
Interpreters at the markets (ongoing):
We are currently in search of volunteers to help our markets better communicate with our Cantonese, Mandarin, Haitian Creole, and Spanish speaking shoppers at all four of our markets (Central, Copley, Davis, and Kendall).
Programming Assistant (ongoing):
The markets have loads of fun programming scheduled for the summer. We are looking for a programming assistants to help with our events. This is a great opportunity for someone who’d like to gain event planning experience.
Fundraising (ongoing):
Help us raise funds so we can continue our essential work. We are seeking folks who have experience or an interest in gaining experience in fundraising to assist with our fundraising appeals throughout the year.
Big E Volunteers (fall 2023):
Mass Farmers Market sells local Massachusetts’ cranberries at the Big E in Springfield. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and we need as much help as possible. Come work a shift with us and get a free pass for the day. It’s so much fun!
